Cliftonville Primary and Pre-School is an excellent school the children are happy and thriving. Brilliant school, fabulous staff, great senior leadership team = a happy child! The dedication and hard work from the entire school team is outstanding and clear to see. I think you've all been amazing throughout the years, just want to so say thankyou & we appreciate everything you do for all of us . We love the school and are so impressed with all of the staff who work so hard constantly it is greatly appreciated by the children and parents and carers thank you. Presence of Teachers and caretakers at pick up and drop off really help you feel safe. The well-being of the pupils is outstanding. Primary PE and sport premium

The PE and sport premium and School Games programme support the government’s commitment to ensuring children and young people have access to at least 60 minutes, or 20 minutes for children with a disability, of physical activity a day.

Schools     must     use     the      funding      to      make      additional      and      sustainable      improvements to    the    quality    of    Physical    Education,    School     Sport     and     Physical     Activity     (PESSPA) they offer. We use the Primary PE and sport premium to:

 

  • Develop or add to the PESSPA activities that your school already offer

  • Build capacity and capability within the school to ensure that improvements made now will benefit pupils joining the school in future years

  • The Primary PE and sport premium should not be used to fund capital spend projects; the school’s budget should fund these.
