Pre- booking is essential for both Breakfast Club and Extended Day. Parents can book sessions through the Arbor App/ Parent Portal up to 24 hours in advance. For emergency bookings after this point, parents will need to contact the school office - 01843 227575. Bookings can be made daily, weekly or termly in advance. Places are limited to ensure that we can provide a safe, family environment for all of our children.
Please note that a session fee will be charged for non-attendance for booked places so please let the school office know if your child will not be attending the club (Breakfast Club by 2:30pm the previous day, and Extended Day by 2:30pm on the day). Children will not be allowed to attend if a place has not been booked.
Payments are made through Arbor via the Parent Portal/ App. Details can be found on our website - Parents/ Arbor App
