It is a lovely school with a welcoming feel and a positive atmosphere. Much more visible leadership team. A feeling of pride in the school. As parents we feel really proud that our son comes to such a great school, which we knew was fabulous whether OFSTED told us or not! The trips that Mrs Glover & Mrs Sear have been putting together are a fantastic idea and hope they continue. I am extremely happy with Daniel's progress since starting at the Pre-School. He seems to have made a lovely group of friends and enjoys coming in every day. I can't wait to see him progress further. Senior & middle leaders know the strengths of their staff & deploy them accordingly. More tailored support for different groups of learners has been a really big & positive change. Thank you! The Headteacher has a clear vision for the school & her ambition for it to continue to make improvements is shared by her senior team & staff.

Extended Day: Breakfast Club and After School Club

Please note: Breakfast Club now opens at 7.45am

BREAKFAST CLUB 7.45 - 8.40am

Our Breakfast Club hours have now been extended so children can arrive from 7.45am.  Not only can they have a lovely breakfast from a huge choice on offer, but they can take part in fun activities with their friends.  The breakfast club team is led by Mrs Mayhew and managed on a day to day basis by Mrs Brunger.

£2.50 per day

EXTENDED DAY 3.10 - 6.00pm

Extended day runs from 3.10pm until 6pm although there are reduced fees for collecting your child at 4.30pm.  Children have lots of activities and a light tea is provided for those staying after 4.30pm.  Mrs Mayhew leads the team with Mrs Brunger, Mrs Higgins, Miss Williams and Miss Goldsmith supervising the children.

£6.00 until 4.30pm and £10.00 to 6.00pm

Feedback from the children is very positive about both Breakfast Club and Extended Day.  Please see the office for registration forms.  For working parents, there may be help for childcare through your employer; please see Mrs Blake for advice.

Extended Day: Weekly Menu

We also run over twenty extra-curricular clubs every week from table tennis to sewing, from modern dance to movie and animation.  These are different to our child-care provision as most are run by staff until 4.15pm and cannot be guaranteed to run every term.  If an outside provider is used (for example dance and athletics) a small charge is payable weekly although we can help with the cost for families in receipt of free school meals. Please visit the CLUBS section of our website to find about out what else is on offer.
