We now have a fantastic PTFA working with the school on a variety of projects. See link at bottom of page on how to join and help support our school.

As the school year draws to a close we are looking for new volunteers to join our PTFA, and particularly to take on the roles of Chair(s), Secretary(ies), and Committee Members.

The PTFA organise many of the events and opportunities that make school life extra special for our children and create wonderful lasting memories, including:

• School Fairs
• Colour Run
• Santa’s Grotto
• Subsidised or free school trips, workshops, and visiting speakers
• School Discos
• Freezy Fridays & Tuck Shops
• Mother’s & Father’s Day Gifts
• Reception Portrait Tea Towels
• Leavers’ Hoodies

What’s involved?

Being part of the PTFA is a fantastic way to support the school and make a real difference.

• Time commitment can be flexible - as much or as little as you can offer
• One committee meeting per term (1-1.5 hours)
• Helping organise events and activities
• Supporting fundraising (including applying for grants)
• Working as part of a friendly, supportive team

You won’t be on your own - there’s a great group of parents ready to help, and it’s a brilliant way to meet new people.

Could you help?

We would love individuals, pairs (Co-Chairs/Secretaries work brilliantly!), or groups of friends to get involved. The more people we have, the easier and more enjoyable it is.

The Jar Wars money has been weighed and counted and ...

THE WINNERS ARE THE RED CLASS!!! With 16.3kg, £44.02!!

Closely followed by BLUE class - 14kg - £37.82

and in 3rd 1M - 8kg - £21.49

IN TOTAL all the classes together made a whopping £406.35.

All the money made goes straight back to the School for activities and equipment.
