Six Principles of Nurture

Here a Cliftonville Primary and Pre-School we are always striving for our children to feel that their Wellbeing is at the centre of all that we do. We understand that when children are feeling safe and settled that they will learn more effectively.

We have a wide variety of strategies that we look after children's Wellbeing. The Six Principles of Nurture is one of the ways that we use to underpin our practice on a daily basis.

Take a look at the poster below for more information. You can also click the link at the bottom of the page for child friendly posters of the Six Principles should you wish to share them with your children.
