Year 6 children at Cliftonville Primary School enjoyed a special careers morning this week where they had the chance to chat to people from a number of different professions and ask them more about their work. The annual event was arranged by Mrs Dale and involved the children moving around a carousel in small groups to interview fourteen visitors. There was a wide range of jobs represented including hairdressers, nurses, lawyers and gas engineers. All the visitors commented on the enthusiasm and politeness of the children and how well prepared they were in the questions that they asked. The session complemented the school’s work on raising aspirations.
