Cliftonville have a puzzle day!
"Last week we celebrated International Puzzle Day with an opportunity to create our own puzzles. Children in the preschool were busy following tracks and trails and learning about The Gruffalo story. Years 1 and 2 made some colourful class jigsaw puzzles, showing their fantastic cutting skills and working really well as a team. Word searches on a range of topics kept years 3 and 4 busy for the afternoon as they checked their spellings in a dictionary. Years 5 and 6 focused on inventing mazes in lots of different ways, working collaboratively and following suggested guidelines. Great fun was had and there was a real buzz of enjoyment at creating our own puzzles."
